My website is hosted by another server, may I use Akstat?
Yes. Any website may be controlled by AKSTAT, no matter where it is hosted, just attach the code provided on each page to be tracked.

May I have more than one website registered to the same account?
Yes. You can manage a number of websites from the same account by using our advanced management system provided by our platform.

May I have different users to access my control panel?
Yes. Once within the system you may manage your own users and give the dfferent access permissions to each of them.

May I access the stats from any computer?
Yes. Full 24/7 access to your stats, from any computer by using your username and password.

May the HTML code attachment slow down my webpage?
No. The load of information sent does not exceed 2kb in your webpade and will no way cause any speed reduction at accessing your contents. Akstat is a completely transparent system.

What kind of presentations may the reports have?
You cannot only view them in our own system but also print them, send them by e-mail or export them to a PDF/Excel file.

How are websites registered in Akstat?
Step 1:
Go to the register section and press the 'SIGN UP NOW' button which will directly take you to a secure payment gateway.
Step 2:
Once on the payment gateway, you will be informed about the total amount. Press SAVE AND PAY and you'll have to enter the required information, remember that if you're a non-US&Canada resident instead of leaving the STATE/PROVINCE in blank you'll have to choose 'Outside of US and Canada'. Once done press over 'COMPLETE ORDER'.
Step 3:
The system will start the validation process of you credit card. In case of success a new window will display the results of the operation. To complete the payment is essential for you to press the 'COMPLETE YOUR ORDER' and you will automatically be redirected to Akstat.
Step 4:
A form containing your information will open to be completed and sent. Once done your account will be created and you will automatically be emailed your system access keys.

Is paying by credit card a secure payment method?
